Bice began her college career as a two-sport varsity athlete, excelling in soccer and lacrosse at Gannon University in Erie, Pennsylvania. After one year, she transferred to The Ohio State University, where she continued her athletic journey on the Women’s Varsity Lacrosse team and represented the Midwest on the Women’s US National Team for two years.

Upon graduation, Bice quickly immersed herself in the world of coaching and officiating. She began as an Assistant Coach for The Ohio State club lacrosse team, then took on the Head Coach role at Jones Middle School in Upper Arlington, leading the team to back-to-back undefeated seasons. To further her coaching career, Bice accepted the Head Coach position at The Wellington School in Upper Arlington, where she guided the team to its first-ever Division II state championship title—an achievement that earned her the Coach of the Year award, presented by Ohio Governor Bob Taft.

Currently, Bice serves as an Assistant Coach for Blackjack Elite Club Lacrosse and the women’s lacrosse team at Kilbourne High School. She has also been an active board member of the Central Ohio Women’s Lacrosse Officials for over 15 years.

In 2025, Bice was named Head Coach of the Women’s Peru Lacrosse World Qualifier Senior Team, where she led the team in a spirited competition against some of the best teams in the world.

Heading west from Loyola Blakefield Maryland in 1983, David attended Denison University where he was a four-year letter winner in men’s lacrosse and a three-year letter winner in football. With the opportunity to play for two of Denison’s most legendary coaches in Tommy Thomsen (lacrosse) and Keith Piper (football), Breschi made the most of his time in Granville. 

In lacrosse, David was a two-time USILA All-American and a three-time first-team NCAC all-region selection. He was Denison captain in ‘93. Also in ‘93, he was named to the North Coast Athletic Conference’s 10th Year Anniversary All-Decade team, recognizing the top 16 players across the conference’s institutions spanning the years ‘84-‘93.

For three consecutive seasons, Breschi was named the team’s best defenseman. In ‘85 and again in ‘86, he was a first-team all-conference pick. In his four-year career, Denison lacrosse won 46 games and posted a .676 winning percentage. He was inducted in Denison’s HOF in 2015.

Beyond having been an outstanding social studies and AP history teacher in the Worthington Schools (where he is in the schools Hallof Fame as a teacher!) , Tim was an exceptional lacrosse player. He played for Worthington HS where ie helped his team win an MSLA Championship, and was named an All MSLA All Star. He then went on to play at Ohio State in ’78-’82 where he was selected to the All Midwest team in ’82. Following college play, he played club lacrosse for the Columbus Lacrosse Club for 12 years.

Tim started coaching lacrosse at Thomas Worthington HS in 1994 as an assistant coach, and coached at The Ohio State University as a graduate assistant in 1983 and 2002. He earned Midwest Schoolgirls Coach of the Year honors in 1995.

Over the last 20 years, Tim has made a significant contribution in the area of officiating. He officiated at the high school level (Association Central Ohio Lacrosse Officials Assn  Year for 14 years (1995-2009), the college level (Association COC) for 11 years 1998-2009, and at the Box level (Association NLL and US Box 2002 (NLL) and 2008-09 US. Tim has officiated at multiple Ohio DI and D quarterfinal and finals games. 

Tim has been honored with by the National Lacrosse League (2002-03), and earned the Dave Shelby Service Award in 2014. He was President of COLOA from 1998-2002. He currently serves as an Officials Observer for COLOA, which he has done for 16 years. 

Brand is a highly respected, longtime lacrosse coach and former collegiate goalkeeper best known for his decades of dedication to the sport in Midwest Ohio. Brand started his love of lacrosse at Irondequoit High School in Rochester, NY. He attended Bowling Green State University Bowling Green from 1973-1977. He continued his passion, playing for the Cleveland Lacrosse Club for nearly 30 years.

Coaching Legacy: He served as an assistant boys lacrosse coach at Western Reserve Academy (WRA) in Hudson, Ohio, from 1986 to 2008, where he helped lead them to a MSLA Championship in 1987 and 2006, an Ohio State Championship Div II  in 2001 and Ohio State Runner-up Div II in 2002. Brand also served as Assistant Coach for Team Thailand in  2014 at the Event World games held in Denver. 

Brand has officiated Class 1 Boys with NOLOA and Northwest Associations for 15 years, in which he’s officiated State Championship games and numerous semi and quarter finals in DI and DII . 

For nearly 30 years, he's run highly attended summer lacrosse camps on the WRA campus, helping develop youth and high school players in Ohio. He was previously inducted into the North Coast Chapter of the USA Lacrosse Hall of Fame and was named  Northcoast Chapter Man of the Year in 2010.

Jordan's High School accolades include High School All American Honors in 2003, 2004 and 2005. A member of the Founders League and New England Prep School Championship Lacrosse Teams in 2004 and 2005 and Captain of the 2004 Western Reserve Academy and 2005 Loomis Chaffee Girls Lacrosse Teams. 

As a four year starter at Georgetown University, Trautman’s accolades include a 2009 Tewaaraton Trophy Watch List Selection, 2008 All American Honors, 2008 and 2009 Regional All American Honors, 2008 and 2009 All Big East Honors, 2009 North-South All Star Selectee and 2009 Captain. Trautman helped lead Georgetown to three NCAA Tournament appearances and two Big East Championships. Her on-field statistics still stand in the Georgetown record books. Additionally, Trautman has been invited to tryout for the USA national team on three separate occasions. In 2018 Trautman was drafted to the Philadelphia Force Women’s Professional Lacrosse Team. Most recently, Trautman was inducted into the Connecticut Lacrosse Hall of Fame- Class of 2019.

Trautman spent the 2010 season at the US Naval Academy, under legendary head coach Cindy Timchal. That year the Mids went 17-4, setting the school record for wins, won a share of the Patriot League regular season championship and also won the Patriot League tournament. 

In 2011 Trautman joined the staff and Yale University, where she served as defensive coordinator for the Bulldogs. 

In 2013 Trautman became the Head Coach at Kean University in Union New Jersey., then in 2017 she became the Head Coach at DI Monmouth University. In her first season at the helm of the Hawks (2017-2018), Trautman made history by leading Monmouth to a share of its first Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference regular season title. During her second season she led the team to the highest scoring offense in the conference and mentored the 2019 Offensive Player of the Year and the 2019, 2022 Midfield Players of the Year, the first ever major award winners since joining the MAAC. Academically, in 2019, Trautman’s squad set a school record by placing nine athletes on the IWLCA Academic Honor Roll. Most recently, Trautman led Monmouth to the 2022 MAAC Regular Season Champions and was named 2022 MAAC Coach of the Year.a standout high school player out of 

 AJ Auld’s impact on Ohio lacrosse extends far beyond wins and championships. Over a coaching career spanning more than a decade, Auld helped shape the growth of high school lacrosse in Ohio while mentoring hundreds of student-athletes and expanding recruiting opportunities for players across the Midwest.

Auld began his high school coaching career as varsity assistant coach at Dublin Scioto High School from 2003 to 2005, helping guide the Irish to a state championship in 2003 and a state runner-up finish in 2004. In 2006, he became head coach at Dublin Jerome High School.

During his 11 seasons at Jerome (2006–2016), Auld compiled an exceptional 181–47 record, winning nearly 80% of his games. Under his leadership, the Celtics reached 6 state championship games and captured Ohio state titles in 2010 and 2011. Jerome also earned Midwest Scholastic Lacrosse Coaches Association championships at both the “A” and “B” levels, cementing the program’s reputation as a perennial powerhouse.

Auld’s teams appeared in 8 state championship games - an extraordinary accomplishment that reflected both consistency and excellence. 

As founder of Titanium Lacrosse, he built one of the nation’s largest and most respected club programs, helping more than 250 student-athletes pursue collegiate lacrosse opportunities. He also served as head coach of the Under Armour Midwest Team from 2009–2016. AJ has served in multiple leadership positions with the Ohio High School Lacrosse Association, including President and Vice President. 

A respected coach, mentor, builder, and visionary, AJ Auld’s influence on Ohio lacrosse reaches far beyond the field. Through the players he developed, the programs he elevated, and the opportunities he created, his impact will continue to shape the sport for years to come.
